Q: Who ARE you?
A: I'm Princess Moon. I'm an award winning poet, teaching artist, and community organizer based in Boston. I run let me write you a poem by myself, a one woman operation. I'm also a mom. I like cooking, baking, and sleeping. Pretty boring stuff. You can follow me on Instagram at @softestglow.

Q: Where is your studio based?
A: First of all, I don't have a studio lmao. I work from home while watching my toddler Ezra. I'm set up at a table in my living room. All prints and poems are printed, written, brainstormed in the safety of my own home.

Q: How long will it take for a product to arrive?
A: For prints and already made products, I try my best to ship out next day throughout the week Mondays - Fridays. You will probably receive your item within a 2-3 day span. Check your tracking number!

Q: I never got my order! Help?
A: Check your surroundings! Ask a neighbor! Check your tracking number! Then if all else fails, contact me immediately at hi (at) letmewriteyouapoem (dot) com.

Q: Why do commissioned poems take longer? 
A: Commissioned poems are created from a conversation. I want to hear what you want the poem to be about. I want to know details so I can effectively create a piece you truly like. Because of this, please expect a 3-5 day max processing time.

Q: My print was damaged :-/! What now?
A: Contact me ASAP!! I will help you to get the service you deserve.

Q: My question is not featured here! Hello?
A: Send me all other inquiries through the contact form. I'll try my best to get back to you in a timely manner.
